Stoney's Fired Pizza's story began with a simple passion for authentic, Neapolitan-style pizza made from scratch. I built a food truck around a custom wood fired oven, and that oven is the heart of everything I do. It cooks each pie to perfection and gives it a smoky flavor that only wood fire can deliver. Based in Cedar Point, NC, I don't stay in one spot. I'm on the move around Carteret County, bringing the flavor straight to you.

My dough is made from scratch every day. I use locally sourced produce and meats to top my pizzas because fresh ingredients matter more than anything else on the menu. The classics anchor what I serve. My wood fired pizza, pepperoni pizza, and Margherita pizza are built the way they should be, with care and quality ingredients.

The menu goes further than the staples. I make cheese pizza for the purists, New York style pizza when you want something foldable, and gourmet pizza for a bigger night. I also offer gluten-free pizza and vegetarian pizza so more people can sit down to the same table. When you want something wrapped and hearty, I make calzones to order.
